Fees: $7,500/day

This is a flat rate that includes a pre-mediation conference and telephone calls with counsel to prepare for mediation and to ensure that the dispute is ready to be mediated; mediation preparation (brief reading); the actual mediation; follow-up telephone calls, if needed, to get to a resolution, etc.
